Job Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Act as the primary contact for Premier clients, offering professional advice and resolving enquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring improved and lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for end-to-end resolution of client queries.

Premier Service Management

  • Leverage client insights to identify service improvements and opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in periodic service reviews to enhance service delivery for Premier clients.
  • Provide proactive client updates and conduct product/channel training.

Risk & Control

  • Adhere to the Operational Risk Framework, ensuring compliance with money laundering prevention procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulations, and the Group Code of Conduct.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive service and efficiency improvements and facilitate best practice transfer.

Conduct

  • Embed the Group’s values and ensure compliance with the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / University Degree
  • Experience in Client/Customer Service, Banking Operations, and Cash Management
  • Proficiency in English

  • Excel, clear communication, problem-solving, relationship building, empathy, and effective listening.
