Job Title: Principal
Location: Apata / Ibadan, Oyo

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, staff management, and student services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve educational standards and enhance school performance.
- Foster a positive and productive school environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Collaborate with the governing council and stakeholders to ensure the school's vision and goals are met.
- Utilize educational technology and management software to optimize school administration and instructional quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or a related field is required. A Doctorate degree will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role within an educational institution.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive educational excellence and operational efficiency.
- Location: Must be a resident of Ibadan or willing to relocate.
- Technological Proficiency: Skilled in the use of educational technology and management software to enhance school administration and learning outcomes.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team of educators and administrative personnel.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.
Salary: N65,000 - 85,000 Monthly
