Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and vendors.
- Stay abreast of registered bids and tendering platforms.
- Actively participate in tender evaluations.
- Collaborate with the team in tender document preparation.
- Facilitate vendor registration and management.
- Engage in the preparation and analysis of quotations.
- Generate status reports and project timelines for tenders and procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in project bidding and tendering processes.
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry tendering platforms.
