With nine state-of-the-art bottling plants strategically located across Nigeria, we're seeking a Procurement Operations Admin Analyst to join us in Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate prompt and accurate payment processes for all vendors.
- Raise Letters of Authority (LOAs) promptly and accurately for vendor payments, forwarding them for approval.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, invoices, delivery information, and other essential data.
- Identify, collate, and escalate overdue payments as necessary.
- Close and transfer local and overseas LOAs at the end of each period, as required.
- Liaise with the sourcing and finance teams to stay updated on procurement timelines.
- Provide payment invoice details to regions Pan-Nigeria regarding sugar procurement to aid decision-making.
- Update various payment tracker tools such as Preform Tracker, Sugar Trackers, AGO Trackers, and General Vendor Trackers.
- Reconcile vendors' accounts with SBC's accounts using each vendor's statement of account.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry, handling similar procurement roles.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to efficiently use ERP systems.
