The Product Analyst for MSME Instant Loan will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of loan products specifically tailored to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The role involves market research, product performance analysis, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, customer preferences, and identify product innovation opportunities.
- Track performance indicators and metrics to assess product success.
- Analyze customer experience to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance user satisfaction.
- Address product-related issues and propose solutions for product improvement.
- Prepare reports on product performance for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to support ongoing product improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree is an advantage).
- 4-7 years of experience in product analysis, product management, or business analysis within the banking sector, specifically in MSME lending or related financial products.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with financial modeling and credit risk assessment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handle multiple projects, and communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
