Job Title: Production Executive
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and supervise machine operators
- Monitor cycle time and productivity
- Reduce rejection rates and maintain housekeeping standards
- Oversee machine output and address any issues
- Manage mold changeover and ensure quality control
- Enforce PPE usage and maintain 5S standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Grade Alignment C+
- Professional membership and certification in recognized institutions
- 2+ years of experience in the plastic industry
