Job Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple interrelated projects, ensuring that they align with strategic business objectives and deliver value to the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on agile practices, program coordination, and risk management. This role will require you to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage resources efficiently, and maintain the program’s trajectory toward success.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination and Integration
- Oversee and manage multiple projects by developing and maintaining a detailed roadmap that aligns with business goals. Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate project activities by identifying interdependencies, facilitating communication between teams, and adjusting plans to maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain and update the program roadmap, ensuring constant communication with relevant stakeholders to track progress and highlight potential issues.
- Monitor program milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Risk and Issue Management

Requirements
Educational Qualification
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
