Job Title: Project Contract Manager

Job Mission:
To meticulously analyze and manage contract terms during the execution phase, identifying solutions to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contract clauses, offering guidance on their implications.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Function to negotiate and finalize contract documents.
- Maintain comprehensive records on behalf of the Contractor.
- Draft and review contractual correspondence for clients, partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and update relevant registers and reports.
- Handle variations of contracts and claims, considering pricing, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of contract management experience within engineering and construction contracting, ideally in turnkey lump sum EPCI projects within the oil & gas sector.
- Previous experience as a Project Contract Manager, preferably for international contractors on EPCI projects or large construction ventures with complex interfaces.
- Experience in FPSO, SURF, Platforms projects is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Engineering or dual Legal + Engineering background preferred.
