Job Description
Deliverables
- Weekly & Monthly progress reports including status updates, issues, and recommendations.
- Minutes of coordination meetings with the contractor and stakeholders.
- Inspection and quality assurance reports.
- Final project report summarizing the overall performance and outcomes.
- Contractor monthly payment revision & approval.
Duration of Assignment
The assignment is expected to last for the duration of the project, estimated at 18 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.
Experience
- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in project management, focusing on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in design-build projects, with a strong understanding of both design and construction processes.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and risk management.
- Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
