Job Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate activities to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare detailed progress reports, project documentation, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, and milestones.

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Address conflicts and unforeseen challenges to prevent project delays.

Implement contingency plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community representatives.

Ensure seamless communication between all project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with city development policies and regulations.
Resource Management

Requirements & Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, urban development, construction, or infrastructure management.

Proven experience managing large-scale urban development projects, real estate developments, or public infrastructure projects.

Experience working with government agencies, contractors, and urban planning stakeholders.
-
A Master’s degree in Project Management, Urban Development, or a related discipline is an added advantage.

Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, ARCON, or PMI-SP are desirable.
