Key Responsibilities
HSE Management
- Ensure compliance with Group QHSSE policies and local regulations.
- Participate in QHSSE training and reporting of incidents.
- Investigate and analyze safety incidents.
Project Development Support
- Evaluate EPC and contractor offers regarding quality, HSE, and cost.
- Prepare and launch RFPs, shortlist contractors, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate local approvals and liaise with HQ technical services.
Project Management Activities
- Manage multiple project executions focusing on safety, quality, budget, and planning.
- Support the permitting and engineering teams.
- Oversee project commissioning and handover to O&M teams.
- Ensure adherence to design and material specifications.
Technical Sales Support
- Conduct feasibility studies and CAPEX/OPEX estimations for solar projects.
- Prepare technical offers and assist sales teams during negotiations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing solar projects.
- Experience in rooftop, ground-mount, and carport projects.
- Proficient in project management tools and solar software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst).
- Graduate in Engineering or Electrical disciplines, with relevant qualifications preferred.
