Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Ajah, Lagos)
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a chance to contribute to high-impact projects in the construction and civil engineering industries, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A B.Sc/B.Eng or M.Sc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Must be COREN registered.
- Expertise in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other construction management applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and projects effectively.
Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 monthly, depending on experience.
