Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Record detailed journal entries and maintain the general ledger to track income and expenses accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis, ensuring the accuracy of invoices and expense reports.
• Process incoming payments and outgoing checks promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for accounts payable and collections, ensuring timely payments.
• Assist in monthly closings and prepare scheduled financial reports.
• Reconcile business accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Input financial data into accounting software and ensure proper filing of bills and invoices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Quickbooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ICAN certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
