Job Description:
- Advise clients on suitable automobile options based on their needs
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails
- Provide reliable after-sales support and cross-selling opportunities
- Demonstrate strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through effective communication
- Research and understand client specifications thoroughly
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in any field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of CRM systems
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 monthly
- Automobile Workshop Manager Location: Ile- Ife, Osun Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Automobile
Job Brief:
- Oversee a team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain adherence to company standards and policies
- Estimate labor and material costs accurately
- Manage procurement processes and maintain stock records
- Utilize computerized diagnostic tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 monthly
Qualifications:
- OND, HND, B.Sc
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Automobile Workshop Manager
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
