We're excited to announce a career opportunity for a Digital and Marketing Operations Officer, based in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you'll spearhead various Digital & Marketing Campaigns activities, driving revenue, brand awareness, corporate penetration, digital direct engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing promotional offers, value-added propositions, and loyalty programs to enhance revenue and digital presence.
- Serving as the subject matter expert on B2B & B2C campaign processes and tools.
- Managing external stakeholders such as media agencies, suppliers, publishers, and partners for campaign deployments.
- Analyzing web traffic data and ROI from digital marketing activities, providing concise reports to management.
- Developing effective marketing planning and measurement tools, delivering standardized reports based on predefined KPIs and metrics.
- Ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign processes and procedures to support all B2B & B2C campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain campaign processes and requirements for efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Digital domains.
- Proficiency in marketing fundamentals, including brand awareness techniques.
- Legal rights to live and work in Nigeria.
- Prior experience in digital marketing is essential.
- Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnership, and loyalty marketing.
