About the Role:
As an R&D Graduate - Hygiene, you'll play a pivotal role in realizing projects efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting accurate laboratory tests, managing time efficiently, and actively participating in trial design and monitoring. By analyzing and evaluating gathered data, you'll contribute to the development of innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support low-risk R&D projects in the hygiene category, ensuring timely implementation and adherence to internal and external standards.
- Execute formulation work, feasibility studies, analysis, validation, and stability testing in alignment with market conditions.
- Adhere to SOP/ISO/GLP protocols for data generation, equipment operation, and laboratory maintenance.
- Conduct performance evaluations of competitive products and maintain lab supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with the line manager to establish career development objectives and pursue continuous learning opportunities.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of R&D experience in an FMCG company preferred.
- Proficiency in formulation knowledge, chemical interactions, and technical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to generate technical documentation and reports.
