Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at Jolly Energy Fleet Limited, you will be the initial point of contact for our company, playing a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and inviting environment for visitors and clients. Your duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Offer accurate information about the company and its services to callers and visitors.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Aid in internal and external communication efforts.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Manage visitor logs and handle incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings and managing office supplies inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
