Job Overview

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance as needed.
  • Call Management: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the relevant departments, and respond to emails promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining records, managing appointments, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Collaboration: Provide assistance to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth internal communication and workflow.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and databases are maintained, including client details and appointments.

Requirements

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must be friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking skills.

Compensation

  • Salary: N90,000 per month
