Job Title: Refinery Engineer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos State
Job Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify malfunctioning machines/parts and fix them before total breakdown.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold machines.
- Set up production machines, adjust parameters for different SKUs/product lines, and modify settings during changeovers.
- Troubleshoot minor problems and comply with all safety rules in the Packing plant.
- Ensure the readiness of production machinery and materials as per the production schedule.
- Ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
- Report unresolved faults to the engineering team.
- Ensure that all products meet quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area in line with GMP and 5S philosophy.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement.
