We are seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the MEAI region. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Precision Sensors and Instrumentation brands: Druck, Panametrics, and Reuter Stokes.
Responsibilities
- Develop Regional Marketing Strategy: Utilize market intelligence to craft and own the MEAI regional marketing strategy for Druck, Panametrics, and Reuter Stokes.
- Tailor Marketing Approach: Understand and address the unique needs of various sub-regions and markets, customizing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Product and Digital Marketing teams to deploy effective regional marketing campaigns within budget.
- Manage Channel Partner Marketing: Oversee the PSI channel partner marketing strategy for the MEAI region, ensuring content is tailored to target languages and markets.
- Align with Regional Marketing Leader: Work with the Regional Marketing Leader to create a cohesive regional strategy for Precision Sensors and Instrumentation.
- Coordinate Marketing Activities: Align with the common processes for Regional Marketing across PSI businesses to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution.
- Develop Localized Campaigns: Collaborate with Commercial teams and other stakeholders to create and implement marketing campaigns that meet regional needs, including content localization and SEO/SEM strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Regional Marketing.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing plans.
- Knowledge of relevant markets and industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and more.
- Strong experience in customer and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and prioritize effectively.
- Business fluency in English and at least one other local language.
- Expertise in content localization, SEO/SEM, channel partner marketing, and events management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
