Job Description:
CFAO Yamaha Motor, a leading provider of Outboard marine engines, Motorcycles, Generators, and Lubricants, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and expanding market reach in the Southeast and Southsouth regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Motorcycle, Power Products, Outboard Engine, Spare Parts, and Yamalube within the region.
- Monitor market activities and performance, including competitor analysis, dealer relationships, and corporate partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and corporate clients, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Gather market intelligence to inform decision-making, including insights into competitors, dealer networks, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to after-sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving targets and exploring new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement planned activities and campaigns effectively.
- Track sales progress and provide regular reports on retail performance.
- Identify and recruit new dealers and corporate partners to expand the company's presence in the region.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
