Building Nations Initiative (BNI) is a dynamic, youth-led organization dedicated to fostering community development through youth engagement, service-learning, and non-formal education. Our mission is to empower children, youth, and families by providing comprehensive early childhood and youth development services at our community youth centers.

Job Title: Research Intern

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing community-focused research projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to youth development and community impact.
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure research aligns with organizational goals.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss research findings and strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member or a Master's student at the University of Ibadan.
• Strong interest in community-engaged research and development.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and research methodologies is a plus.
