Job Summary
The Retail Sales Manager oversees Pinnacle’s retail and NFR (Non-Fuel Retail) business operations. The role is key in expanding sales, maintaining high service standards, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and enhancing profitability across our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce safety protocols at service stations
- Perform risk assessments for all retail outlets
- Manage service policies and ensure sales budgets are met
- Oversee staff training, product distribution, and adherence to company policies
- Prepare financial and activity reports to monitor profitability and growth
- Coordinate maintenance and inventory activities
- Innovate for continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency
- Recommend new development sites and dealer appointments
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the downstream oil and gas sector
- Skills in sales strategy, financial analysis, customer service, and competitive analysis
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
