Job Purpose
As a Sales Account Manager, Flavors, you will contribute to growing ADM's food and beverage business across West Africa by supporting sales efforts, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and executing innovative marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Maintain and support food and beverage sales customers across West & Central Africa, including Key Accounts, Retail Brands, and Food/Dairy clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to track trends, identify opportunities, and inform sales strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate to create and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the West African market.
- Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost ADM’s visibility and customer engagement.
- Customer Concept Development: Work with product development teams to create customer concepts that align with market needs.
- Sales Planning: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies that align with the EMEA market plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sciences, Food Science & Technology, or Business Administration.
- Independent, structured work approach with enthusiasm and initiative.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and technology skills.
- Experience in B2B food, beverage, dairy, and ingredients sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of the beverage, dairy, and food market with a willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
