Job Summary
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives in the LPG product segment, including gas heaters, generators, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and sales expertise to help grow our customer base and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration for LPG products, including gas heaters and generators.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside technical and delivery teams to ensure optimal product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proposals & Presentations: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on sales performance to meet or exceed set targets.
- Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical advice and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Market Analysis: Identify trends, client opportunities, and growth areas in the LPG and energy sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales of technical products, preferably in the building, LPG, or energy sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to customers.
