Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Sales Engineer to join our Filter/HVAC team at AAF! This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on customer engagement and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design tailored air filtration solutions that meet their specific challenges.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Project Management: Oversee implementation to ensure solutions meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
- Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing technical queries.
- Sales Process Support: Assist in developing proposals, creating technical documentation, and closing sales deals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years in a sales engineering role or similar technical sales position, preferably in Filter/HVAC.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Air Filter/HVAC technologies and products.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Arabic.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven relationship-building skills with clients and collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications or technical qualifications.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local market practices.
