PoweredUp Consulting is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of our sales operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing our company's sales and expanding our customer base.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance our sales performance. You will interact with both potential and existing customers, providing them with valuable insights into our products and services. Your goal will be to identify new sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct visits to various locations to promote and provide information about the company’s products.
- Initiate calls to potential clients, explaining product benefits, addressing queries, and encouraging purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues by liaising with the appropriate departments.
- Implement marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, scheduled appointments, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly
