Sales Manager at Realtypros IGL

Realtypros IGL, a renowned real estate company with expertise in selling premium lands and properties, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Festac, Lagos. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an NCE, OND, Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of N100,000 monthly, along with performance-based incentives and benefits.
