Primary Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase market share and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand the customer base and boost revenue.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Oversee promotional activities, advertising, and product launches.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and market research.
- Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000/month
