We're Hiring: Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prospect Identification: Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Sales Preparation: Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Resource Development: Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Contract Management: Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Account Management: Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communication: Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordination: Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Partnership Liaison: Liaise with distributors/OEMs to ensure we are registered partners with them.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
