Sysco Baltimore, LLC is seeking passionate Sales Professionals, Restaurant Managers, Culinary Managers, and Chefs to join its esteemed Sales Team. This role involves promoting company products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals while supporting customer success.

Job Summary
This position requires outside sales activities to drive business growth, maintain customer accounts, and meet sales objectives within assigned territories. Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and maintain existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth
- Identify and qualify prospects based on company goals
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Provide product information and training to customers
- Manage sales orders and ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience, including completion of Sysco Sales Internship
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or as a Chef
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current automobile insurance as per company standards
Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
