Admission Requirements:
Candidates must possess O’ Level qualifications with credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (in not more than two sittings). WAEC & NECO qualifications are combinable; NABTEB is accepted independently.

Obtain application forms from the Nursing Services Department at the Ministry of Health, Umuahia, New Secretariat (4th floor). Pay the non-refundable application fee of N10,000 at UBA or Zenith Bank.
