Job Title: Senior Account and Administrative Associate

Location: Akwa Ibom, Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Job Purpose

The Senior Account and Administrative Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate office records, supporting financial documentation, and assisting the Cluster Accountant Officer in Akwa Ibom. The role also includes administrative support for the TB-LON 1 and 2 projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Manage office supplies and procurement processes.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

  • Support logistics for travel, meetings, and workshops.

  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of office assets.

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certification in accounting is an advantage.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and accounting software.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and integrity.

  • Experience working on USAID-funded projects is a plus.
