Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Brand Manager for Eucerin in the CEWA region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and ensuring that our global strategies align with local needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Implement the Eucerin consumer marketing strategy across the CEWA region.
- Tailor global marketing strategies to meet local consumer and market needs.
- Drive double-digit growth for the Eucerin brand through innovative products, communication, and marketing activities.
- Push the boundaries of digital consumer marketing, taking the brand to new heights.
Product Marketing Plan (PMP)
- Develop the yearly Product Marketing Plan (PMP) strategy for CEWA, aligning with stakeholders across medical management, sales, eCommerce, and both regional and global teams.
- Ensure the successful execution of the PMP strategy throughout the year.
In-Market Execution
- Lead the activation and local execution of the Eucerin brand in CEWA markets, ensuring a best-in-class approach.
- Leverage global and regional materials and the new product development pipeline to enhance on-ground execution.
Brand Development
- Maximize brand demand and market share through detailed monthly performance analysis, brand sales forecasting, and identifying business risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with S&CM and sales teams to validate promotional plans and drive execution.
Market and Consumer Insights
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies and meet brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify brand challenges and opportunities, using insights to shape effective action plans.
Brand Profitability
- Oversee product assortment, budgeting, and pricing strategies to achieve profit targets.
- Ensure the marketing budget is spent efficiently, making adjustments as needed throughout the year to align with performance goals.
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Lead the digital strategy for the Eucerin brand in the CEWA region, focusing on precision marketing, social media channels, influencer partnerships, SEO, and CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and local partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing efforts across all consumer touchpoints.
