We are hiring for the position of Senior Brand Manager - Derma, CEWA.
Job Title: Senior Brand Manager - Derma, CEWA
Location: Lagos, Nigeria or Nairobi, Kenya
Main Accountabilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Implement Eucerin’s consumer marketing strategy across the Central, East, and West Africa (CEWA) region.
- Ensure alignment with global marketing strategies while addressing local consumer needs.
- Drive double-digit brand growth through innovative campaigns and market activities.
- Elevate digital consumer marketing to new standards.
Product Marketing Plan
- Develop and execute yearly Product Marketing Plans (PMP) for the CEWA region, in collaboration with Medical Management, S&CM, Sales, eCommerce, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure excellence in PMP execution throughout the year.
In-Market Execution
- Oversee local activation and execution of best-in-class marketing strategies across CEWA markets.
- Utilize global and regional materials and product strategies for effective market presence.
Brand Profitability
- Manage product assortment, ATL, and BTL budgets.
- Influence sales through strategic pricing, promotions, and sales mix to achieve profitability goals.
- Control marketing investments and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Digital
- Advance the Eucerin brand’s digital presence across all platforms in the CEWA region.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including precision marketing, social media, SEO, and CRM implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and local partners to ensure consistent execution of digital strategies.
Market & Consumer Knowledge
- Develop in-depth market knowledge and derive actionable insights for Eucerin.
- Conduct relevant market research to address brand challenges and consumer behaviors.
Brand Development
- Drive brand demand and sales growth through performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities to improve profitability and market share.
Role Dimensions

- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Derma - AME

Requirements
- University or similar degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of FMCG experience in the CEWA region, with expertise in marketing, digital, eCommerce, and S&CM.
- Strong business acumen and an innovative mindset.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in building high-performing teams.
