Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience in building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, writing clean and efficient code, and mentoring team members towards technical excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of the front-end development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• UI/UX Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and provide feedback to improve overall user experience.
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain best practices.

• Testing and Debugging:

  • Ensure the reliability of applications through rigorous testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Debug and resolve complex issues across browsers and devices.

• Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Experience with JavaScript ES6+, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Parcel).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Enzyme.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
