Job Purpose:
As a Senior HRIS Engineer at TotalEnergies, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR unit by conceptualizing, developing, and managing HR Systems, ensuring data integrity and availability at all times.
Job Dimensions:
- Manage and administer HR systems.
- Develop HR tools and extensions.
- Pilot HR campaigns at the affiliate level.

Accountabilities:
- Maintain clean, high-quality data in the HR database.
- Oversee implementation of personnel updates, ensuring data integrity.
- Ensure HR systems and applications are always available.
- Advise users on daily business processes.
- Approve user requests and ensure implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong people management skills.
- Proficiency in middle-tier software development tools like C#.NET, Java, Javascript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), and CSS.
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL.
- Background in reporting development and integration.
- Expertise in system testing, debugging, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
