We’re looking for a talented Senior Producer to join Disney Digital Entertainment on an ambitious new project. Responsibilities
- Lead the full production lifecycle of interactive games and experiences based on Disney’s renowned portfolio, including Disney/Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm.
- Serve as the central point of contact, providing strategic direction and ensuring collaboration across multiple intellectual property groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan, coordinate, and oversee game development, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Review production assets, including content designs, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Foster strong partnerships within Disney to drive the creation of cohesive, high-quality game experiences that align with the company’s vision.
- Communicate project updates and provide strategic insights to stakeholders, helping shape the future of Disney’s interactive entertainment.
- Inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve their best work, continuously improving production practices and promoting an inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product development or production of console, mobile, or PC games.
- Proven experience managing teams and shipping successful live-operated games.
- Strong understanding of game development methodologies, workflows, and tools, with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and align teams to achieve great results.
- Experience in leading the creation and launch of AAA live-operated games across multiple platforms.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, with a passion for inspiring creativity and innovation in teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex development streams into clear visual representations of status and progress.
- Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and mentoring production leads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Education
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
