In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading the full cycle recruitment of nurses and building an ongoing pipeline for future needs. Operating in a multi-dimensional capacity, you will balance pipeline, strategy, and tactical talent delivery. You will develop collaborative and credible relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) by proactively and strategically identifying, assessing, and delivering talent to fill gaps within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from staff planning to onboarding.
- Serve as the talent sourcing SME, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Develop robust sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Leverage technology and innovative methodologies for candidate identification.
- Present candidates for open requisitions within Nurse & Clinical business units.
- Utilize our CRM platform for direct prospect engagement.
- Deliver recommendations for effective talent sourcing tools and best practices.
- Act as a Healthfirst employment brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture.
- Apply BBI interviewing techniques to create comprehensive candidate summaries.
- Ensure diverse representation across all candidate slates.
- Track and report on sourcing strategies and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to talent acquisition innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and related recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple Nursing searches and projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Full lifecycle recruitment experience, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems for candidate management.
- Networking and relationship-building skills with business leaders.
- Innovative and cost-effective sourcing tool utilization.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for sales and customer service roles.
- Agency or search firm recruiting experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
Salary and Benefits
- Greater NYC Area: $81,100 - $117,470
- Other Locations: $71,600 - $106,505
