Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs for timely placements.
- Manage recruitment metrics, analyzing performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead a recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, team management, and data analysis.
Salary
N850,000 - N900,000 per month.
