Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals, fostering a culture of high performance.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and training to ensure professional development.

  • Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and focus within the team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and stakeholders in the real estate sector.

  • Oversee client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Business Development and Networking

  • Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  • Represent Gtext Holdings at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Monitor team progress against targets and provide strategic adjustments as needed.

  • Provide valuable insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to finalize contracts and address any compliance or financial issues.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance property promotions and advertising efforts.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet objectives.

  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.

  • Develop strategies to foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales management experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, including customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Salary Range: N500,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
