Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Leadership and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals, fostering a culture of high performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and training to ensure professional development.

Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and focus within the team.
Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Oversee client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
Business Development and Networking

Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Represent Gtext Holdings at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Monitor team progress against targets and provide strategic adjustments as needed.

Provide valuable insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to finalize contracts and address any compliance or financial issues.

Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance property promotions and advertising efforts.
Operational Excellence

Manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet objectives.

Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.

Develop strategies to foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales management experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, including customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Salary Range: N500,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
