Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Management: Lead, manage, and train the sales team to enhance their sales skills and performance. Develop strategies to boost overall sales effectiveness.
- Business Development: Forge and negotiate business deals with potential partners and dealers of solar inverters. Establish and maintain relationships with key companies for business opportunities.
- Contract Management: Oversee the signing, implementation, and follow-up of sales contracts to ensure compliance and successful execution.
- Sales Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data, prepare regular reports for senior management, and propose actionable improvements to drive sales growth.
- Customer and Distributor Relations: Identify and engage with customers, distributors, and companies to facilitate and enhance transactions.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication across the organization.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, deliver exceptional service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Oversight: Supervise the execution of the sales plan, monitor sales performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Promotion: Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to develop effective marketing strategies. Enhance brand awareness and expand market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar sales or a similar industry.
- Proven track record in sales management and business development within the solar energy sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 / Month
