Your Mission:
Join our Process Automation unit and lead field service initiatives, collaborating with our North Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa Hub (NESSA) team. As the Senior Site/Service Engineer, you'll oversee and develop the field service team across West Africa, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the field service team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with customers to meet service contract obligations and schedule requirements.
- Support service sales and tendering teams in pricing agreements and project bids.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Foster talent development, succession planning, and team communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in automation projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for site work and client engagements.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity sales, engineering, or documentation.
- Familiarity with security policies, compliance, and audit procedures.
