Position Overview
Astra Capital Group LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on software development experience. This role offers a chance to work on impactful projects, utilizing your strong technical expertise to drive innovation and software excellence. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be integral in designing scalable systems, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest technical standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities

Software Development:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges promptly.

Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance development processes.
- Drive improvements in team productivity, software quality, and system performance.

Technical Leadership:
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

System Design & Architecture:
- Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures.
- Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing APIs and scalable system architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
