Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, appointment scheduling, vehicle drop-off, and pick-up.
- Provide expert advice on warranty protections, cost-saving opportunities, and the benefits of trading in versus repairing trucks.
- Collaborate with mechanics to discuss repairs, explore cost-effective alternatives, and provide accurate repair time estimates.
- Attract new customers and actively market the dealership’s services to them.
- Test drive trucks to verify that repairs meet our quality standards.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively post-repair and inform customers about service updates or vehicle pick-up.
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Oversee the dealership's workflow and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet customers, explain the range of services offered, and document truck issues to relay to mechanics.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency in industry-specific software (e.g., Autological software).
- Proven experience as a service advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
