Position Overview
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. As a member of our team, you will perform home visits for pediatric patients, providing critical care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting home health assessments on newborns to teenagers.
- Teaching patients and families, monitoring compliance, and performing treatments.
- Enjoying a manageable patient load of 4-6 patients per day, focused solely on pediatric care.
Requirements
- Passion for pediatric nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU or pediatrics.
- Current and unencumbered state(s) licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with NG or GTube feedings and ostomy care preferred.
