We Are Recruiting for the Position of:
Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Ideation
- Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with the company’s brand goals and resonate with our target audience.
- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging content, ensuring it communicates the brand’s message effectively.
- Film and edit high-quality content, including images, videos, and animations, tailored for various social media platforms.
Collaboration and Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the Sales, Project, and Business Development teams to align on content strategy, brand voice, and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute a detailed content calendar in coordination with the marketing team to ensure consistent engagement across all platforms.
- Ensure all social media content is in line with broader business initiatives and adheres to brand guidelines.
Content Optimization and Post-Production
- Develop, edit, and design visual content (e.g., images, videos, stories) for various social media channels, optimizing for performance and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and maintaining audience engagement.
- Monitor trends, measure content performance, and adjust strategies to improve reach and audience interaction.
Creative and Technical Skills
- Proficient in using video editing software, graphic design tools, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create and implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of content and improve social media performance.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc/HND, Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong creative abilities in content development and storytelling.
- Proficient in technical tools such as video editing software, graphic design software, and 3D rendering tools.
- Knowledge of content strategy, SEO optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range
N250,000 - N500,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
