Purpose of Role:
As a pivotal member of the Corporate Relations Leadership Team, the Spirit of Progress Manager champions sustainability initiatives, driving impactful campaigns aligned with Diageo's ESG ambition, Society 2030: Spirit of Progress. With a focus on Positive Drinking, Inclusion and Diversity, and Pioneer Grain to Glass Sustainability, this role spearheads partnerships with governmental entities, regulators, and civil society to mitigate alcohol-related harm. Moreover, the manager ensures internal alignment with Diageo's alcohol policy, fostering responsible drinking practices among employees and partners.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Sustainability, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- 4-5 years' experience in managing social campaigns or corporate sustainability programs
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen translating regulatory challenges into opportunities
