Job Description
As the State Business Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and achieving customer and revenue market share objectives set for state operations. You will supervise and influence multiple teams to deliver operational excellence across network operations, customer service, channel management, and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities

Increase Revenue-earning Customer Net Additions (Prepaid & Postpaid)
- Identify and implement state sales strategies to drive gross additions.
- Supervise acquisitions and ensure compliance with activation processes.
- Oversee connection activations in accordance with stipulated turnaround times.

Boost Revenue from the State
- Achieve revenue targets for Prepaid and Postpaid services.
- Drive revenue growth through increased data usage and smartphone sales.
- Attract high-value customers through Mobile Number Portability (MNP), Postpaid plans, and smartphone offerings.

Expand Distribution Width and Depth
- Develop state sales strategies to enhance distribution across showrooms and Dealer Service Agents.
- Ensure expansions align with the required number of active Easy Charge outlets.
- Establish SIM selling outlets and ensure they are a percentage of Easy Charge outlets.

Network Coverage & Quality
- Optimize network performance and ensure ROI on new sites.
- Collaborate with ZTOs to improve cell availability, call quality, and minimize outages.

Deliver Exceptional Showroom Experience
- Develop customer service delivery strategies to enhance satisfaction scores.
- Ensure state showrooms meet infrastructure standards.
- Provide industry training and certifications to showroom employees.

Achieve Employee Engagement Targets
- Motivate front-line employees through exemplary leadership.
- Implement action plans addressing feedback from engagement surveys.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field.
- A Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
Relevant Experience & Required Skills
- Over 10 years of diverse experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in middle management handling independent businesses.
- Relevant experience in the telecom industry is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
- Sound understanding of sales systems and processes.
- Creative self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
