Job Title: State Coordinator
Location: Various States in Nigeria (Remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as State Coordinators across various geo-political zones in Nigeria. The State Coordinators will be instrumental in coordinating activities and driving enrollment for TSM programs within their respective states, playing a key role in our organization's growth and success.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges within each state. Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively enter and expand within the market.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, corporate partners, and community leaders to drive enrollment and build valuable partnerships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Create and execute targeted marketing and promotional campaigns that resonate with the unique characteristics and preferences of each state. Utilize various channels including social media, traditional media, and community outreach programs.
- Event Coordination: Plan and participate in events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to showcase TSM's programs and engage with potential students and partners.
- Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process within assigned states, from initial inquiry to registration. Provide support and guidance to applicants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to align goals and objectives, facilitating smooth operations.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality in all operational aspects within the assigned states.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and enrollment strategies. Track key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other local languages spoken in Nigeria is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or business development within the education sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to specific states.
